Intelligent Document Processing
Upload electronically produced case documents. Accurately combine produced pages to documents in an intelligent way: e.g., ensure e-mails are combined with attachments, e-mail threads remain together, pictures and videos are grouped in files by topic, files are dated appropriately, etc. Assign names to ALL files based on the same standard. Index all case documents and link them to actual files for convenience. Run OCR on all case documents

We maintain a case archive in the event the case is appealed. Case documents are always at your fingertips. We use Trello Boards as a convenient access panel with pertinent tools - go to any of the case documents in one click, perform an advanced search to identify important documents, view and label relevant documents. Trello Boards contain the most important case information - Case summary, People, Timeline, HOT Docs, Court Documents, Depositions, as well as case documents arranged in chronological order.
Deposition and Trial Services
